Process Engineer

Job description:

1. Lead the company's new product introduction, production line establishment and product production process setting;

2. Improve production technology and increase production efficiency;

3. Monitor product yield and eliminate production abnormalities;

4. Maintain production line equipment and fixtures to ensure normal production;

5. Develop process flow charts and work instructions, and continue to improve them;

6. Actively promote R&D or SQE to solve the design or incoming material problems found in production.

7. Product trial production verification, yield improvement, product production abnormal analysis and treatment, bad parts analysis and treatment, station construction, daily line inspection

job requirements:

1. Have good communication and coordination skills, and be proactive in work;

2. Have a strong ability to analyze and solve problems;

3. More than 1 year of PE work experience in large and medium-sized home appliances and consumer electronics companies is preferred;

4. Experience in radio frequency is preferred;

5. Accept outstanding fresh graduates.

 

工藝工程師

崗位描述：

1、主導公司新產品的導入，生產線體建立及產品生產工藝流程設置；

2、改進生產工藝、提高生產效率；

3、監控產品良率及排除生產異常；

4、維護生產線設備及工裝夾具，確保正常生產；

5、制定工藝流程圖及作業指導書，并不斷完善；

6、對于生產中發現的設計或來料問題積極推動研發或SQE解決。

7、 產品試產驗證，良率提升，產品生產異常分析和處理，壞件分析處理，工位搭建，日常巡線

任職要求：

1、具備良好的溝通及協調能力，工作積極主動；

2、有較強的分析問題，解決問題的能力；

3、有1年以上大中型家電、消費電子企業PE工作經驗者優先；

4、有過射頻方面的經驗優先；

5、接受優秀應屆畢業生。
